(CNN) — Roger Federer slammed Dan Evans 6-2, 6-1, 6-1 in under 90 minutes at the US Open on Friday, and then suggestions that he calls the shots scheduling.
In a rare outburst, the Swiss took exception once requested in his post-match press conference if he’d requested a noon ET begin time to, basically, give the 58th-ranked Evans time to recover following the latter’s three-hour battle Thursday that stopped at about 6 pm New York time.

Evans is among the cleverest, if flawed, talents of the game. For many years he admittedly failed to put at 2017, partied for an experienced tennis player and in the hard work was banned after testing positive for cocaine.

“You can definitely argue that the scheduling was not in their own favour,” Federer said. “But it is anyhow not fair for me to perform my game under the roof, get it done, sit back, relax another day while he is fighting out a a three-hour game, whatever it is, against Pouille. The issue already begins there.
“That’s tennis. It’s amusement, and the show must go on. I have lost possibly matches this way. I have won this time. Luck was on my side. There you have it.
“So, yeah, I know if Danny is, for example, a little bit disappointed.”
Federer’s demolition job set him back on course after he had lost the first place in his first and second rounds — the first time that ever happened to him in his record-breaking grand slam career.
Djokovic:”Almost hassle free”
As for Novak Djokovic, he maintained many imagining during the afternoon in regards to his left shoulder, and that he previously said has been bothering him for nearly a couple of weeks’ status.
